Error while activating in DSO, FIGL, only some months

Dear Colleagues!

I have an activation problem in an ODS, three differnt months loaded isolatedreturns with error when I activate. The error only occurs in June, July and august of 2004. 2005, 2006, 2003, 2002, 2001 and the rest of 2004 loads and activates fine!

<b>Error messages:

Error when assigning SID: Action VAL_SID_CONVERT table 0ORG_DOC_YR

SYST: Period 001 is not valid in financial year variant K1</b>Process 000108 returned with errors

Activation of M records from DataStore object ZFIGL_O2 terminated

Do you have any suggestions what this can be, or suggestions on what I can do to fins out more about this? And why it failes for these three months and not the rest of the years?

I set the field 0ORG_DOC_YR to constant 2004 in the transformation (since the data that failed was all from this year). Now it activated with Success!

Check the values in R/3 as well. If you change to K!1 for these months that you mentioned and if other months has other K1 values, you will get error for those records. Pl check the values in R.3. Check if you have source fields mapping in update rules.

Also replicate the global settings from R/3 to BIW from the context menu of source system.

Check the fiscal year variant of yearsjune,july, aug 2004, 2005 and 2006. May be you have a constant value in transformation as a value other than "k1" and the source package has records with K1 value.

How do I check the fiscal year variant? By the way it is only for 2004 (june, july, august). The other years transfers and activates ok.

In my transformation 0FISCVARNT is filled out by the R/3 field FISCVAR. I can try to set it to contant value K1 and load again to see if it will activate.
