Error when migrating PI/PO interface to Cloud Integration

Hello experts,

I’m working on a project to migrate interfaces (from PI to CI). After performing the migration, the iFlow is created normally. However, when I try to access the iFlow, I receive the following error:
"No artifact file (.iflw) found. Add a file to the project."

This is an inbound integration, meaning SAP receives the request. I have already migrated many other interfaces with the same scenario, and they worked fine.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
I appreciate any help in advance.

Does your migration scenario is sync or async? We have also encountered the same error when trying with sync interface migration.

Hi, I have raised ticket with SAP support and they confirmed that they are aware about this issue. It happens when there are XML/JSON conversion rules on sender adapter. The fix would be available in around 3 weeks. The fix would be available from 6.65.7 version of the product and above.

@prasanthi_chavala It is a synchronous integration. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a solution for the error. As a result, I decided to rebuild the integration from scratch. Thank you for raising the ticket with SAP support and sharing the information. This will definitely help with similar issues in the future. Best regards, Matheus Gomes

@Prasanthi I am pretty sure SAP will be able to provide us a solution soon. However I am amazed to see how exact same service with XML-JSON converter seems to work for me. Since I am doing migration, some of the services with XML-JSON converter seems to be working for me, while others not.
