Error when downloading data from sap universe with my lumira discovery

I have a problem with lumira discovery that when querying data with sap universy I get an error, how can I solve it?

How to solve an error? By searching answers in the Web and SAP Support, and if none is found, ask a question and describe the issue PRECISELY.

The problem would be that when consulting data from some universe, whether PP, MM gives me an error of: An error occurred during data acquisition: There are prompts required. Would you like to try again?
