Error when a Biar file is deploying from Jenkins to BI4.2 CMC

When a Biar file is deploying from Jenkins to BI4.2 CMC, it takes for an hour and ends with error message in a log "Error in getting Audit Handler". what can i do to solve this. please suggest.

I am trying to move a file from jenkins to BI 4.2 CMC, the file type moving in to CMC is BIAR File. when running a job from Jenkins the job ends with this error in log "Error in getting Audit Handler".

What is jenkins ?
BIAR file format cannot be used in Promotion management as it is using LCMBIAR
BIAR is only used in Upgrade management tool

Jenkins is a CICD (continuous integration and continuous deployment ) tool, from this a file is deploying to BI4.2 using promotoion management the file type is LCMBIAR. when the job starts in Jenkins, it runns for an hour and ends with this error "Error in getting Audit Handler" in log. so cannot figure out whats the issue and seeking some suggestion.
