Dear Experts,
One of user facing an issue while login to SAP B1,
"User is Already Logged On in the System. Click Yes if You Want to Unlock the Instances That Are Locked in the Other Sessions."
We have disconnected the User from Connected Clients from all DBs & from Task Manager.
Also we have restarted the Server, but same issue we persist.
Please guide how we can resolved this issue.

Hi Krish_SAP
For your questions, please refer to details in SAP Note 1815509 - "License Abuse Prevention" Mechanism in SAP Business One 9.x.
As of SAP Business One 9.0 the license manager verifies the user name together with the following 3 parameters: workstation IP, Windows user and Windows session ID.
If any of these parameters are changed when the same user logs on, the system will treat it as a second session, and the first session will be locked.
It is not possible to disable this "License Abuse Prevention" mechanism.
Hope it helps.
Kind Regards
Nidhi Singh

Hi Shubham!
I don't believe I have ever seen this particular warning but here are some options:
Try this:
Login to SAP with Support (or manager) and go to Administration >> Utilities >> Connected Clients, find the user there and disconnect them. Sometimes the user will get stuck in the SLD. Usually a server restart fixes this but it may be stuck.
If not, are you HANA or SQL? Are you on-premise or cloud?
Are you sure more than one person is not using that particular user to login?
