Error SAP Business Application Studio and no load Odata from s/4Hana 2022 sp 1 on premise

Hi SAP Gurus

I’m trying to create a Fiori app using BAS (business application studio) but I’m unable to obtain an odata service from my source which is an on premise one (S/4Hana2022 sp 1).

This is how my destination was created in BTP

Cloud connector is been used

What would be the issue of not having the resources available?

I had the opportunity to work on this question along with another colleague and the issue was resolved following the document on the link you provided and by having our cloud connector on the same network as our on-premise system.
