Error - Registration failed Desktop Agent

The issue with the desktop Agent - Registration failed - the factory cloud could not register the user--

I have reviewed the roles assigned to my users which are correct from my point of view (RPA agent user and officer assigned), create the environment in the could, remove the document from folder "C:\ProgramData\SAP\Intelligent RPA" and re-created. nothing has worked.

Please help!

Hello,

Please install the remote tools as described here and review the prerequisites and hirarchy.

It never worked. I had to switch and install everything again on a brand new laptop. The only difference was the windows system. the old one has Windows 7 and the new one Windows 10. I am not sure if that was the issue.
