Error "Unable to recognize the artifact type [notificationtemplate]" when creating a form in Process

I encountered the following error while working in SAP Build Process Automation:

"Request failed with status code 400. Unable to recognize the artifact type [notification template]."

Previously, I could create forms and use them normally. However, now when I create a form, it only appears in the Overview section and does not show up in the Process section, so I cannot add it into my process.

Hi @Giang1

Looks more of an issue from the product itself. I quickly checked internally and face the same issue. I would suggest raising a SAP incident so the relevant support team can pick it up for further investigation.
