Error P014: Activation of Cloud Integration capability has failed.

Hello SAP.

I am taking the https://training.sap.com/certification/c_cpi_2404-sap-certified-associate---integration-developer-g/....

Following this guide and things are working fine: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hcp-create-trial-account.html

Then I am trying to set up the Integration Suit Trial following this guide: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-starter-isuite-onboard-subscribe..html

In step four, I am trying to add the cloud integration capability and getting the error as seen in image 104056.

I also tried to access SAP Note 2904202: 

when redirected to 2904202, it is empty as in image 105038.

I have been unable to find anything with a similar errortype in the community.

I have tried to delete all subscriptions and then resubscribe them. I have also tried to removed all entitlements and give them again with any success.

As a last resort a tried deleting the entire trial and start a new and end up with the same error P014: Activation of cloud integration capability has failed.
