I am receiving the following error when I try to open any report I have designed in Crystal Reports in Crystal Reports Viewer 2020. I am signed in as an administrator on our server. The user has full admin rights to the folders, but nothing seems to work. If I open templates, they open fine, but no reports open, no matter which directory I put them in.
"The file C:\Users\qadmin\Documents\Report2.rpt was found, but could not be opened. You may not have permissions to view this file. Also the file may be locked by another application. Please close all other applications that may have the report opened and try opening it again. If that does not work try restarting your system and then reopen the report. Finally, contact your network administrator and enquire about file permissions."
