Error on refreshing system

I was able to add a new system successfully in the HANA Studio. I can even see the tables. Only problem I am having is when I run the query it does not show any retrieved data. I am getting the following error in the studio  "Error on refreshing system"

I am not sure what is causing this error? I  did some research and found that  "sapstartsrv.exe" might not be running  is that right? If so how do I make sure that this service is running ?

The instance on AWS is running and has "green light" .

Any ideas? why is it causing this problem ?

Hello Rocky,

I am still having problem with the HANA Studio. It still shows the yellow light. I read and followed the steps in the thread you sent me yesterday. I was wondering if there is anything else I am missing ?

It seems to be common issue among other developers, I was just wondering what is actually causing this issue and is SAP looking into to solve this problem in the later releases ?

I believe this: https://twitter.com/vitalbi/status/133933569922965504 would be the correct answer for that thread. Can you try to reset your landscape entirely after making the changes? Please try again and let me know what the result is.

The screenshot you attached shows it is on "RED" light. Can you try to open the Administrator console and see which service is failing?

Thank you, its the sapstartsrv which is failing. I tried to right click on it and click "start missing services" but it doesnt not seem to do anything.
