Hello Community,
I am working on Fiori apps, when i try to release the questionnaire for the supplier evaluation, i get this message : Employee XXXX does not exist or is not authorized as purchaser responsible.
If anyone has an idea about the roles to add too.
Can you please help !
Thank you very much
Hello,
i guess this error is a backend one.
Check in T100 table if it exists. If yes, check if where-used can help you.
Regards.
Laurent

Hi Karim,
Which Fiori app are you exactly referring to ? Did you check backend authorizations ? SU53 in backend and frontend both. This authorization is related to backend transactions.
1. May be you need to define a PERNR for this employee.

There is a KBA about this error, has no word of Fiori but I would take the chance to check the settings that are shown there:
2458908 - Error for 'Purchaser Responsible' While Assigning User with Custom Role

without authorization a task cannot be performed - authorizations are usually in user roles
I am not yet on any system which uses Fiori, but I doubt that this general authorization concept has changed, so the answer would be "Yes"
