Dear Experts,
a bit weird situation. In a NetWeaver 7.4 system, the RFC connection test in SM59 for SAPOSS is successful. However, when I check the connection from transaction OSS1, I am getting the following error:
Unable to connect to SAPNet message server
(Default connection will be used...)
Also I have no problems in directly downloading SAP notes in the SNOTE transaction...
Hence, I don't think that there is a problem in saprouttab...
Please advise what could be the problem here... Many thanks! 🙂

Many thanks for your answer, Tibor,
yes, it means exactly that. I am pressing exactly that button.
And what do you have in the third bullet ? Is there a note number missing ?

No, 3rd bullet was just my situation with pressing the button in OSS1. The destination SAPOSS is configured to a SAP Router running in subnet 192.168.0.0/24. This subnet is not accessible from my Front-end, so I got error message "Router not reached".
I thought, the button was pretty useless since service shutdown described in SAP note 33135.
What mean "I check the connection from transaction OSS1" ?
Did you press the "Logon to SAP Service Marketplace" button ?
