Error in Scrap Sales Order

While creating scrap sale order below error occurred. Please do the needful.

"Material 8000000011 is not defined for sales org. D001, distr.chan.40, language EN" 

"Sales from sales organization, D001 dist. chan.40, plant D101 are not defined"

Go to MM01 and extend material on sales organization D001 dist. chan.40 and plant D101.

I did extend but getting this while trying to save in mm01-

" The value 82 is not allowed for the field Plant-sp.matl status".

And Also, Material is already extended.

The error message is self-explanatory.  You need to extend the material to the required Sales Area without which, you cannot create sale order for that material.
