Error in Message Alerting Web Service for domain: SoapFaultCode:5 Authentication failed.

Hi Team,

While configuring Message Alerting in Integration Monitoring I am getting below error.

After few searches below solutions were tried and applied.

Firstly, we had SSO error, which was fixed after performing “I Accept” button as below

Error is gone now.

Secondly the SAP Note: 2228878 - PI Monitoring setup: "Message Alerting" step troubleshooting was followed.

Here we found that second logical port: E2E_SOLMAN_PIP_DIALOG is not able to ping and throws below error.

Tried to delete the port and created it again, but still the same error. It will be of great help if some solutions can be provided to fix this issue.

Also tried to apply the note 1947516 - SOAMANAGER Ping Web Service returns HTTP error but that wasn’t helpful for error code I have received.
