Hi Sureshbalaji,
I may be misunderstanding the question but here goes...
What type of email are you trying to get? If it is notification of a workflow in error, you would automatically receive this if you are specified as the WF Administrator in SWU3. I'm not sure whether you are asking for an email when the workflow has an issue, or for something else.
If you're trying to get a notification when a task needs approval, you should look into Extended Notifications. It's been around for years.
If you are trying to send email to someone (either before, or after) the PO is released, you would need to copy the standard workflow to a custom one, and add a sendmail step to the custom workflow. It's not that hard to do - the only issue is being able to identify who you want to send email to.
There are some excellent tutorials provided by Ginger Gatling (for one) and they are very 'mature' but they are a good place to start. Here is one of them - https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-3224
Good luck,
Sue

Thank You! As you said i copy the standard workflow to a custom one, and added a sendmail step to the custom workflow, now working. But need to send mail for different people ie). Initiator, Approver1, Approver2 and PR creator. Am trying with condition for this. Once again thank you for your reply.
