Dear Experts,
I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue we are encountering when exporting data from SAP Business One to Excel through Copy Table and Export to Excel. We have observed the following problems:
Disorganized Data: When exporting data, it does not appear in an organized manner in Excel.
Missing Data: Occasionally, the exported data shows fewer entries compared to the original report in SAP Business One.
File Repair Issues:
When the file contains a larger amount of data, Excel displays an error message stating it was unable to open the file and attempts to repair it.
These issues are significantly impacting our ability to efficiently analyze and utilize the exported data. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you could provide to resolve these problems.
Please find attached, the screenshot of the error.

Hello,
There are a few things you can verify:
1 - Check if you have filter applied to the sap grid:
That would explain missing data.
2 - Check if there are special characters in text fields in any column, like < $ > etc. That would explain the problem in your screenshot.
3 - Check if the language of the server where you are running SBO and the machine where you are pasting the data in excel are is the same. It could be some encoding related problem.
Hope it helps
