Error in classic story conversion of "Root path missing from hierarchy path"

Hi experts,

I am converting Analytics Cloud Classic Stories to the Optimized Design Experience and get this error in some:

("Something went wrong while converting the story to Optimized Design Experience.  Root missing from hierarchy path.")

has anyone else run into this error and, if so, how did you resolve?

Hi,

At first please take copy of the classic story and perform as a safer approach. because few features are not yet supported in optimized.  assuming you have taken backup. following may be the root cause of the

error :

• One of the hierarchies used in your story (especially in filters, input controls, or tables) does not have a properly defined root node.

• The dimension hierarchy in the model has missing or circular parent-child mappings, which makes it invalid or incomplete when ODE tries to process it.
