A client reported that the quantities from the recorded material document are not being displayed in the Total Amount Recorded (MBGBTR) field.
The case was reviewed and the following was observed:
The report is not generating the volumetric value (Total Amount Recorded (MBGBTR) field - CJI3) because the data is not being received from the MM module. This was verified by reviewing the COEP table, and the record is not displayed, and therefore is not shown in the report.
Does anyone have any clue as to why this situation is occurring?
