Error in CBA adaptation "Object Component Configuration Doesn't Exists"

I have deleted One Adaptation ........ But still the adaptation it is visible when i click on that adaptation its showing as "Object Component Configuration Doesn't Exists"

=> I have cleared Metadata UI Buffers also restarted the application still there is an error.

"When i try to click on that adaptation its showing the error".

Please help me out.

Hello, we have the same issue, couldn't find any proper solution. Fields disappeared from UI and couldn't find a way to bring them back even there aren't any adaptations.
