Error in Activation of DSO on BW (RSO404)

I want to get data from the SAP Info set to the SAC, for this I have expose the SAP Infoset for the global client and then created a data source via RSO2 (following the mentioned tutorial: Extraction Using Infoset (Query) | SAP BI, SAP BW, SAP Analytics cloud (easy-learn-bw.blogspot.com) ). I have checked via RSA3 and data is being extracted.

Afterwards I have replicated the datasource via RSA1 T-code and saved it. However, When I am activating the source I am getting error message, without any description. There is only one one warning regarding the packed number.

We are using S4HANA ON PREMISE Release:1511. I am using sandbox for testing and BW is on same client.

As per the various posts I have tried su53 and found no authorization issue.

I have run program: RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE and got no output.

I have also attached log which has been generated while activating the data source.

The article mentions about the PSA table, However as the datasource has not been activated there is no PSA table/structure has been generated as well.
