ERROR => IcmConnInitServerSSL: SapSSLSessionStartNB returned (-127) dev_webdisp

Dear SAP Experts,

After updating a certificate in the PSE list, the Webdispatcher was restarted this startup but the ports were not listening

Checking logs we found the error:

ERROR: SapSSLSessionStartNB(sssl_hdl=7efc5400a5e0)==SSSLERR_ALERT_CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN
ERROR => IcmConnInitServerSSL: SapSSLSessionStartNB returned (-127): SSSLERR_ALERT_CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN

by comparing the files SAPSSLS.pse we see that they have different permissions

the one above in the image is the new one and the one below is the old one that was backed up for security.

Could this be the mistake?
