I am getting below " Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND ss5" when calling s/4 on-premise OData service from BTP via cloud connector.
Please check the attachment for destination information. Let me know if I am missing something from the destination.

Does the host/port in the URL match the one you see in the Cloud Connector section of your cockpit?

Hi Chamdeep,

This could happen when the HTTP destination is Internet type, and the configured hostname in the URL cannot be resolved to an IP address. Could you check if the application uses that HTTP destination with OnPremise proxy type? Do you have any other HTTP destination configured with Internet proxy type using the same hostname "ss5"?
