KBA2436412 - License Keys application shows message: You do not have a maintenance contract for this in...:

To fix the issue with the maintenance contract/agreement, you must e-mail SAP Order Management (contracts) at sapcontractcenter@sap.com and ask them to fix the expired maintenance contract for the installation(s). Be sure to include the following:

• Customer number
• Customer name
• Product/version
• Installation number(s) with expired maintenance

• To view installations with expired maintenance, open Installation Management and look for installation numbers with "Expired" in the maintenance column.
• To renew maintenance certificates, a valid support maintenance contract is required, otherwise you cannot renew maintenance certificates (see KBA 1898812).
• When the "maintenance contract" message is displayed while creating license keys, you can continue and complete the license key request process -- but the license keys may be temporary instead of permanent*.
  *If your customer number has a valid license agreement for the product that you are requesting a license key for, this message does not impact you.
• When your Customer Number does not have a valid support maintenance contract in place, many SAP support services such as maintenance certificates, opening support cases, etc., may not be available to you.
