Error FCO-00011 while installing Netweaver 2004's

Hi,

When installing NW 2004's I get the following error:

FCO-00011 The step doChangeTempSetNewSize with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|10|0|NW_CreateDB|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_MSS_DB|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|MssDowntimeConfig|ind|ind|ind|ind|7|0|doChangeTempSetNewSize was executed with status ERROR .

Can anybody help me out what this means and how to solve?
