Error - Failed to start outlook, Internal Instance of outlook is null

I've followed the below steps as mentioned in the tutorial by SAP

created new sub account --> assigned required entitlements --> Enabled cloud foundry --> created space --> role collections to user --> created SAP BPA instances & subscription --> Added tenant to agent --> created project & captured the outlook screen --> added open outlook instance & search email(outlook)

--> getting error while testing the automation.

Please provide the solution for this

I am not able to replciate the issue.

Can you please raise the same query through the feedback option of the Outlook developer tutorial.This would create a ticket for us and we can directly check if there are settings at your end which is resulting in this error.

Hi Raghu, I don't have "Templafy" added to my new outlook, still getting the same error.

Hi Team, Anyone cracked the outlook issue, now its disabled for me even though i have outlook sdk dependencies , ive done the same steps in windows as well same result
