Hello, While trying to access the universes(data sources) through Web intelligence/Design studio tools, we see the below errors hitting randomly.

Hello, Do we require to install on our client machine(which is accessed through VPN) or at the server side?

Install 32 bit drivers on your machine for respective data source.
