How large is the data import?  How long does it typically take to import?

It may be best to open an issue with technical support.

Alternatively, you could consider performing the import using the import from sql statement which uses a cloud storage provider.  The following tutorial attempts to walk through some different import and export options.

Hi Dan_vL ,

Data is small and less than 100 entries/rows. As I mentioned, error is not coming always but it's intermittent. So at the time of error, during import its taking 2-3 minutes and its get failed (as per above error image).

Whenever error is coming, it will last for 30-60 mins (i.e. any new attempt to do data import gets failed with same error) and after 30-60 mins, import will work fine with the same excel data. Also during this time, INSERT SQL statement is not working in SQL Console. And now we are facing this issue frequently, so this data importing is becoming a difficult task.

Also we are not using Data Lake / Azure / AWS, so we are dependent on the regular table Import in Database Explorer.

In the answer you mentioned to "open an issue with technical support" -- Please guide from where I can raise the same?

Please suggest any other solution.

Thanks in advance.

There is a row of icons in the top right of the database explorer. I believe the icon on the left side may be helpful, it is called Built-in Support. It would also be helpful to record the time the issue occurs (with timezone) and to provide details of the environment being used. Perhaps include the database explorer's URL.
