Error during provisioning SAP AI Core Instance

Hi,
I am trying to provision an AI Core Instance(free tier) in BTP as explained in tutorial https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/ai-core-launchpad-provisioning..html.

I have admin rights but when I try to create the instance, I get error with description

Couldn't create an instance of service 'SAP AI Core' with plan 'free'
Service broker error: "Service" broker aicore-mlfproduction failed with: "plan_id" aicore-mlfproduction-free not found in the service catalog. 

I have tried creating these from Boosters and navigating through Sub-accounts as well.
While trying via Boosters, an entry with a name is created in Instance, but service key creation fails with same error.
I tried it 3 times and I have 3 instances in error. I cannot delete the instances either because of same error.

We found out other than descipted on https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/serviceCatalog/sap-ai-core?region=europe(netherlands)&tab=service... the free tier plan does not work on Azure, but an AWS Europe (Frankfurt)

hi @k_sridhar 

apparently, the error occurs because the service broker cannot find the free tier plan ID in the service catalog

may you validate that you see "SAP AI Core" as free in your "Entitlements"?

Hi, then in that case I would avoid using boosters and go manual. you have manual actions on this tutorial; https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/ai-core-helloworld.html

There you can create a simple workflow between AI Launchpad and AI Core. Easy to follow, and you might have more options to debug the error.

@MarioDeFelipe, I accepted the suggestion by mistake. The tutorial is about integrating git with AI Core. I have problem with instantiating AI Core itself. As I mentioned in the begining I tried the option of manually creating instance as well. I was getting same error there

FYI : The reason for this error is that free plan is not offerred in all regions and my plan belonged to one of these regions where it is not offered.
