Error during API Provider addition. Error 403; Message : Forbidden

Hello All,

While configuring API in the API Portal, i came across below issue while testing the added Backend System:

System is up and reachable. However, the ping check responded with code : 403; Message : Forbidden

URL is: http://us******.com:8002/sap/opu/odata/iwfnd/CATALOGSERVICE/ServiceCollection/?sap-client=100

But while calling the same URL in browser with the given credential works fine and services available in system are visible as response.

Please suggest.

Note: Cloud Connector is working fine and systems are reachable. Also backend systems are reachable in Hana on Trail syste.
