Error Details on HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

we are using the nwbc and with the last security patches we only see generalized error messages on http errors:

Is there any setting that we can use to bring back the old behaviour?

Kindly refer the SAP Note 2695815 for the error message " error code 404 and for the reason Not found."
