Error Crystal reports viewer Invalid Key Code Visual studio 2013

After deploy correctly InstallShield application with Crystal Reports Merge Modules (13.0.10) . Can not open reports in Visual studio 2013 anymore in develope machine.

Error: Invalid Key Code

Crystall Reports VS, Runtime and Merge Modules versions are 13.0.10.

I need then uninstall Crystal, drop all regyster key and Re-installing Crystal Reports for Visual Studio and runtime.

Merge module provided by SAP is conflicting with Crystal Reports for Visual Studio, and is causing failure when using Visual Studio to view or edit reports.

I've read a similar topic before but without any solution.

Help please!!!

Same problem 6 years later, only with VS2019.
It has nothing to do with MSM (I'm NOT building an installer, so that answer is incorrect).
It has nothing to do with CR runtime - it's not installed, only the VS version is installed, so that answer is incorrect.
I've really tried convincing my clients to stop using CR as it is a devs nightmare! UGH!!! (another few days of hair pulling and trying everything under the sun as NO solutions here work!)

Trying to modify the installation doesn't work, either.
Error 1606. Could not access network location v4.0.30319\ASP.NETClientFiles\

Into the rabbit hole we go again - last time it too 2 solid weeks to get it to work (VS2015)
