Error creating Cloud Identity Services instance in BTP subaccount

Hello Experts,

We are trying to enable "Cloud Identity Services" in our BTP subaccount following the below guide:

https://help.sap.com/docs/build-apps/service-guide/prerequisites > Enable Cloud Identity Services.

(We're selecting "default" plan and "TEST" as Service Type)

But we get "Subscription Failed".

In details, it shows error message :

Error manage callbacks: Failed to call callback url PUT

Reason: returned value from application: 400 BAD_REQUEST, with body: The subscription requires a CRM ID.

Any hints what could be wrong here?

Hi twinkle.shah,

you are probably trying to setup this service instance using an internal SAP BTP Global Account. From my experience, this is not supported as no CRM-ID is assigned to internal Global Accounts. Please request a new SAP IAS tenant using the Self-Service tool and you will be able to setup the trust in your SAP BTP landscape.
