Hi, we facing an issue connecting Power BI to Datasphere with HANA ODBC Driver. We were able to establish the PBI to Datasphere ODBC connection through local desktop/machine but was not able to have a successful connection through PBI gateway. The error that we are facing is "[SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB SO][HDBODBC] Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[89013].Socket closed by peer". (refer to attachment for screenshot)
We went through the below notes and maintained the PBI public and local IP addresses but still not able to establish the connection:

- 3036312 - ODBC connection test to SAP Datasphere drops error Communication link failure; -10709 connection failed
What other areas should we be checking our configurations apart from maintaining PBI's IP addresses in Datasphere's IP Allowlist. Is there a way we can trace the security logs within SAP Datasphere if there were attempts of connect from external systems?
