Error / Cloud Foundry / Subaccount: trial - Destinations / undefined (500)

Hi,

I get the error "undefinded (500)" when trying to access the Destinations of my Cloud Foundry instance.

Is that a temporary outage?

can you try logging out and loggin in and try it... if not subaccount needs to be re-created.

logging out / deleting cache, did not work.

So I need to delete the subaccount and set it up new?

yes, that's the last option.. this might happens sometimes.

Hi Yogananda,

is deleting the subaccount really the last option? I have this issue in the accounts:

1c36252atrial
8cd236b9trial
ba932c42trial

but the account:

2e41aa72trial

is just fine. The error is caused i.e. in the account ba932c42trial by this request "https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/ajax/cf-eu10/27155170-a9a5-4a58-bf08-50ae6771b96a/destinationsdispatchercf/27155170-a9a5-4a58-bf08-50ae6771b96a/6be50252-6836-483d-9365-50360ecba372/undefined/get/tenant". It returns a HTML page with this error message:

<p>We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error.</p><p>If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.<p>

But I also see my own E-Mail address in this page. So the authentication works.

Yes Greg!, Sometimes provisioning logs show as an error to do rebind the account..

would be good if this can be corrected in trial. Because if it can happen there it might also happen in production accounts or?

Any other solution than deleting the subaccount? I have a lot of configuration made on that subaccount and Cloud Connector connected. Deleting the subaccount and creating again would mean to do all the things again...

Isn't it an error on the SAP side?

My company doesn't have a SCP license so I can't contact OSS.

Anyone who can, please contact OSS.

I got the same error.

I was able to use it last week.

Can't be fixed.

I recreate Subaccount:trial, this error is cleared.

Not a good solution, but better than waiting.
