Error assigning users to roles in SAP Cloud ALM

We are facing an error in SAP Cloud ALM of the customer.

Once we try to assign users into roles in SAP Cloud ALM, this error appears: An error occurred while updating roles for User XXXXXXX.

The users has been created in IAS and they are in "active" status there.

This error is to asign the role "project member" to the users.

I press the "save" and the following message appears:

I tried to find support on this error, but I can´t find anything.

The project will start next week and it is quite urgent.

Any good answer?

Dear customer, 

Yes, it is known that there were an issue here last week, development is currently working on a fix to be delivered as soon as possible, even try just now.

But you can always assign the roles in the BTP cockpit. Although it is not visible in CALM immediately, it still has immediate effect.
