Erro response : ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED")

Hi All ,

I am creating a class using WSDL file and while executing manually i am geting theerror

i am getting response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED"),

is it error withe URL or some other configuraton missing

You can activate HTTP Port in ICM service .
