EPM addin copy and paste limitation

We are on BPC 7.31 sp 21 and CPMBPC 801 sp 17 with excel 2.4 addin. In EPM I have an input schedule. I Copy and paste records from another excel file. I then launch guided member recognition. All dimension members are recognised. when I click on save data. I get a message saying "there is no data to save" When I choose refresh. the records disappear. I have read blogs online. Just wondering if this problem is a user error with settings and or has this problem been fixed?

Hi Vadim, sorry for the delay, no screen shots, i have a workaround now. the solution is to copy and paste the members first i.e. if the input form is made up of five members then measures (in columns monthly bucket) copy the five members first then the measures.
