Enter Forecast data for new added member (Row)

Hi Experts,

Requirement is to edit bpc master data on sac bpc acquired connection.

We added a Row and was able to edit the entity named it as 'Test', however it is not allowing us to edit values for Forecast be it private or public. Also data-lock is disabled.

Is this by product design or I'm missing something here?

I've full planning professional license.

Hi Mohd

Have you tried turning on "Reason for unplannable data" to see why you cannot enter?

Hi Pather,

Thank you so much or your response. It was very helpful for diagnosing one other issue on why I can't edit unbooked data that was flowing direct from BPC - Reason was 'If a dimension member has hierarchy it must be enabled or disabled for all objects in the table.

However I could not get any message for why I cant edit a cell for a newly added blank row. New Row added in SAC via right-click.
