Enquiry about Joule activation using BTP Trail account

 I am trying to install Joule AI tool on one of my SF demo systems given by my company. I took BTP Trial version with my registered s-user id & email .What I want to know is Can Joule be activated in Successfactors demo system using BTP Trail version?

I was unable to find Joule as a product in BTP? Can this be done?If No is there any workaround?

Hey @karthik1gobburu,

as of January 2025 this is currently not possible. You need the Joule Embedded Entitlement that you get with signing up for the SAP Joule Embedded SKU. You can get this 0$ SKU by talking to your assigned SAP Account Executive. Then only you can setup Joule but only on your general BTP Global Account. Trial is out-of-scope right now.

Hello @felixbartler, we just wanted to know the latest updates as of May-June, whether SAP Joule can be setup through BTP Trial Account or not?? And further, will we be able to integrate it into SAP DSP and SAC going from Trial Account only?

Also is there any more information document or future release being prepared, so I would like to know that about too.
