Enhancement to Update NAST in VA02

Hi All,
I have an output type that is triggered when a custom Z field is updated. This Z field gets updated through a BAPI during the creation of a Post Goods Receipt (PGR) in an STO process. The output sends an email with PO details, which are populated from the updated Z field.

I initially tried using Memory ID to pass the value, but I encountered an issue. When two PGRs are created within a few seconds, the first output picks up the PO value of the second PGR due to the shared nature of Memory IDs. To avoid this, I thought of updating unused fields in the output type instead.

I need an enhancement (user exit or BAdI) to update the output type during the save process in VA02. Could anyone guide me on the best approach or enhancement point to achieve this?

NB: concerning your question, it's what SAP Locks are about, avoiding conflicts occurring at the same time.
