Enhancement Tab in IW33 appears even after the project is deactivated.

Hello All,

Enhancement Tab in IW33 T-code appears always and when we click it dumps.

This issue happens only in Quality system. 

We could not find any active projects for the Enhancement IWO10018. Even in MODACT table there is no entry found.

But still the Tab appears. We tried adding it into a new project and deactivating it. But no luck

Please suggest how get the tab deleted.
