Enhance c4c Survey with custom fields

Dear experts,

Is it possible to prepopulate some of the external survey fields with the associated object for e.g. ticket data.

Also we want to extend the external survey data with custom fields for e.g. (ticket id, product id) in the export.

Any suggestion please how to achieve this requirement. many thanks.

Hi dhanya,

we have to prepopuate certain fields in the external survey with ticket data such as ticket description, technician who has completed the ticket.

we need to enhance the external survey and auto-populate ticket data when user fill in the survey.

also we need to export this data in the survey export to excel once the surveys are submitted back to c4c.

thanks for your response.

i have seen those thread unfortunately it doesnt serve the purpose.

we need to enhance the survey screen and export with additional fields which seems to be not possible.

Hello Sumit,

Could you please elaborate on what is the issue/ error you are facing? Are you not able to enhance the screen itself or please explain at which point are you stuck?
