Encountering "Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData" with InfoProvider ZISX002$N – Need Assistance

Hello SAP Community,

I am experiencing the following error in my SAP BW system:

The following database error occurred: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. Error reading the data of InfoProvider ZISX002$N. For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901)

I have reviewed the referenced SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 but would appreciate further insights. Has anyone encountered this issue before? What troubleshooting steps or configuration adjustments helped resolve this error?

Trobleshooted Issues :

1. We have created index in the backend BW  and ran the Bex query running fine with out any issues

2. We re ran the report and it is getting success.

3. We are receiving intermediate issue with the above issue running in business objects

Data Source is SAP BW - Universe based reports (.unv format)

SAP BOBJ Version : 4.2 SP9
