Enclose Table entries in a TR

Hi,
I need to move all the entries of my Z*table in a TR in SAP DEv system & to other SAP QA system.
I happened to add the below in my TR Task attributes:

Table Contents R3TR TABU TDDAT
Table Contents R3TR TABU TVDIR
 I see the column Function and when i click on the key icon(Fig 1), what should i mention under the table keys icon(Fig 2)?

Are these enough to move my table contents to other system? Or is there any more i am missing?

Yes, but those are outdated & i don't see i can replicate the exact steps with my current system

In addition to above steps, should i goto SM30 & select all entries & add in the same TR?

Hi 

If you goal is to only transport the content of a Z-table. Easy way is:

Program ID = R3TR
Object Type = TABU
Object = <YOUR TABLE NAME>
Press key and enter they keys of the entries you need to transport. If it´s a client dependent table enter <client>* (i. eg 100*).
