Emails not going

Hi

  When a user is trying to send Email it is not going. When Email is sent through manager ID then only email goes.

Hello @ramco1917 can you please add more information? The given ones are very sparse. Like How does the user send the email in the first place? Do you use a SAP Transaction? Do you use a custom report using email sending function module? Can you also explain what the term "manager ID" means in the context of your question?

manager is User Id. I am using SBO Emailer. When A/p Invoice is added User clicks on Send button to send document through Email.

So when a regular user is using the "SBO Emailer" (is this a 3rd party product installed on your SAP System?) neither the Email nor the attachment goes out. And if you send the same email with attachment as the management user only the email is sent but not with attachment? Is this what is happening? If yes, try checking authorization with SU53 and/or STAUTHTRACE transaction. To me this sounds like your user has an auth problem.
