In the flexible workflow scenario WS02000471 there is the option to send email when a deadline is breached. This is done by copying MMPUR_PRITM_WFL_DEADLINE_EMAIL to the customer namespace and then the option will be there in the app manage workflows for purchase requisitions.
However, for the rework requested there is also the possibility to add a deadline but the only option here is to mark the step as overdue.
So my question is if there exist an email template for this scenario that I can copy into customer namespace? I haven't found any yet.
