Email notification not triggering after validation... - SAP Community

Hi Team

I am not able to trigger the email notification after request change in charm Solman 7.2

I had copied the SMCR to zsmcr even after giving the condition user status = validate then also email is not triggering.

Please help......

Have you check the SCOT configuration and mail triggering program RSCONN01
