Email Notification for Final Approval in Flexible Workflow for PO

Hi Experts,

We are using Flexible Workflow (top-level task: WS00800238) for Purchase Order (PO) approvals. The requirement is as follows: 

1. When a PO is created, it goes to the frontend for multilevel approval via the Flexible Workflow.
2. An email notification should be triggered only after the final approver approves the PO.
3. Currently, the email is either not triggered or is being sent at intermediate approval levels, which is not desired.

Request for Assistance:
Could you provide detailed steps or configuration to:

• Ensure that the email triggers only after the final approver approves the PO.
• Validate any specific event settings, conditions, or prerequisites in the Flexible Workflow for this scenario.
• Highlight any enhancements, BAdIs, or additional workflow configurations that need to be implemented for achieving this functionality.
