Email Not Received When WebI Report Is Scheduled in Email Body (BO 4.3 SP3 Patch 3)

Hello all,

We are currently using SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 SP3 Patch 3 (version 14.3.3.4562.3). We've encountered an issue with report scheduling:

When we schedule a Web Intelligence (WebI) report to be sent as an attachment (e.g., PDF or Excel), the email is received successfully.
However, when we schedule the same report with the option to embed the report content in the email body, the schedule completes successfully, but no email is received at all.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior in BO 4.3 SP3? Are there any known fixes, workarounds, or patch updates that address this issue?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
